Finally! Its Easter, Running down stairs, I looked in the freezer and got my easter eggs. I munched them back like there was no tomorrow. I did many things on easter like have a B.B.Q, watch movies and play games like the Easter egg hunt.
Today the whole family came together to remember why God’s son Jesus sacrificed his life on the cross for us. He died to forgive all our sins, and everyone is grateful for that.
Do you know why Easter is on Sunday? well, its because Jesus died on a Friday (good Friday) and he came back to life on a Sunday and everyone celebrates that day. And If you are wondering why Easter bunnies are used on Easter, they are a sign of rebirth.
I can’t wait till Easter next year, so I can eat some more chocolate!
